Stomach Problems & Remedies

My age is 26. There has been rectal bleeding with fresh blood mostly. It's not constant and happens couple of times in a week. Faced 3-4 times till now. Sometimes there feels contraction at rectal exit. After having soft healthy diet, it becomes okay. Your advice will be hugely appreciated. Any diet or food restrictions you recommend.

I have mucus in my stool and I notice that mucus on my stool that also carries a foul smell. i am facing this problem more then 1 week.

I am a 26 yr old male and i am so underweight..i look so skinny. My height is around 5.9-5.11 and my weight is around just in between 48-51. I look so skinny...Its like a skeleton body...Even my father and his father and many people from his family were underweight before marriage....but i am being so skinny...I eat in a normal way but still doesn't gaining weight..Last year i had underwent a piles operation and now everything is normal but still i am unable to gain weight....How to treat this ?
