Hii doctor, Iam getting blood in urine when I travelled or doing night shifts .Iam finding some blood in my urine Can u suggest me what kind of treatment I have to undergo.

I got to know from my medical test report shows SGPT result 86 & SGOT 45. I am not an alcoholic or smoking person but i am a non-veg foodie, working in night shift for the past 10 years, Never did any workout/exercise. Please advise how to bring back the SGPT and SGOT to normal. Thanks in advance.

Since about July I've noticed an odd lump or mass feeling in my stomach. Sometimes it feels like it's balling up on the left side sometimes I feel a heartbeat sensation and I can literally push on one side of my stomach and I can feel the mass move over to the other side. I have been having a lot of heartburn. Any idea what this could be? I'm also having a hard one losing weight but Im also not active in dance anymore. Ive just turned 35
