I get left abdominal pain from the side then goes down to the stomach. It becomes difficult for me to pass the gas, will have frequent urge to urinate and sometimes it becomes difficult to urinate

Iam 33 years old and 79Kgs. Iam gaining lot of weight, especially on my stomach. Periods flow has reduced suddenly from past 3 months. Scan report says Mild Hepatomegaly and retroverted uterus. Is it a concern???

I am having vomiting and loose motion since yesterday morning. I m having only fruits now.... I had ors twice and loose motion and vomitting tablet from local medical shop... After having that, I had good sleep yesterday night.It again started today morning. Loose motion was very watery. Since morning I had buttermilk and vomitted that as well. So having fruits now. During 3 months i feel digestion problem...in a day 2 times minimum toilet uses ...i take outside food junk food sometime ..but trying to leave it...before 3 months i have no such type problem..i could easily take heavy food ...in 24 hours only one time went for fresh...now what should i do ?

Fall from Standing Height , Hit Hard my right Chest & around Galbladder area. after 3 days my first USG Whole Abdomen done. found Mild Hapatomegaly with marked (grade-3) fatty infiltration also Organised hemorrhagic Collection in subhepatic morrison's pouch (approx volume 93cc) After 5 days In second USG Volume reduce to 73cc but collection show some portion of liquefaction from previous scan. Now Less pain from previous 2 days. Consulting doctor said collective blood will consume by body itself. but radiologist said it can create some infection internally. what should i do. if any medicine for it, kindly suggest.
