Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am suffering few days little stomech pain. Feeling week since 4 days. 6 months ago my BP high 130. I was have kidney stone in 4 years ago. That time I was take medicine and stop pain. But in fews days I am suffering stomech pain. Sir can you suggest me

I have been slight pain from last one month in lower abdomen and heartburn....and aftr eating I have to go for fresh BT my appetite i s very good...I consult with the homeopathic Dr about it and he gives me tablet for it BT I can't get relax till now ....I had consult with him 10 days ago...there is pain sometime in stomach and aftr tht it will fine...i have an prblm of gastic and acidity told me by homeopathic Dr...plz help me wt to do....is this is serious case???

I can't eat more at a time but I keep eating little I feel tiered all the time and feel hungry and burning sensation is there  I want to know why is this happening

Been vomiting nearly every day since December (so about 5 months) with no trigger. Often in the morning but also happens randomly throughout the day. On and off crazy sick every 2 or 3 weeks no trigger or help from any medicine. Vomiting/diarrhea /fever /fatique similar to a bad stomach bug comes and goes every few weeks. No significant​ change to my diet or lifestyle happened when this started.

Stomach is paining from last 2 hours at the Lower part right side. Even after coughing I could feel the pain trigger and after pressing the part also it pains
