I have had issues with stomach problems but never received an accurate diagnosis. It went from inside to coelinitus to possible cancer. I get cramp which cause fatigue, vomiting and dark blood in my stool but bright blood in my vomit. In the last year if I take any medications these symptoms are triggered almost instantly starting with cramps and the constant need for the loo followed by dizziness vomiting, diariorh and a break down of my motor functions. I also wake up in burning agony in my stomach and chest followed by vomiting. My friend suggested that it may all have started from coeliacs disease and an allergy to nsaip

I understood as you have intractable vomiting followed by blood in vomiting then cramps in abdomen and dark blood in stool. This is a case of ? upper gi bleeding. Probably due to laxity in food pipe with inner skin tear I guess. You need endoscopy at the earliest to diagnose.
