According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from persistent vomiting with cough and Gastritis .
Take treatments as follow as-
Cap Pantop DSR 1 time per day for 3 days before food.
Tab Ondem 8 mg as SOS for nausea and vomiting.
Electral powder give 1 packet in 1 litre water after vomiting to replenish if salt and fluid .
Tab Montina L 1 time per day for 3 days after food.
Syp Grinlinctus BM 5 ml 2 time per day for 3 days after for cough .
Tab /Syp Multivitamin A to z 2 time per day for 3 days after food for strength and immunity.

CBC ESR CRP and Cough test like culture .
