I have one fistula point. near to anus right side now sometimes i am going to release gas from anus, gas also hit the bottom of scrotum. from 15 days. fistula track can open in scrotum or not? i am really scared. my family doctor said it can't open in scrotum.

My girl child has stomach problem regarding two and half years still continuing, she doesn't take any good oil food ,if then bomitting occur and dysentery with pain and many things happens in stomach problem ,we don't understand. i took her to many child specialist but they can't observe her or not take any responsibility regarding case and said many unnecessary views upon us . i could not satisfied regarding that year and face every week such problem , i am being harassed from running near changing doctors and many more. but case is still in such condition no recovery ,she is not perfect for one month .how much medicine i give to her such high antibiotics , her health becomes down day after day. what i do now please recommend me some ideas to whom near i go for recover fully after being treatment.it's great request from my side.

I've been having a dysphagia sensation and frequent coughs and burping. It is mild before food but a lil' bit increased after food. I had an endoscope in and was diagnosed with Mild Antral Gastritis and prescribed medicines for two weeks and to visit again after medication's done. There was improvement but i couldn't visit my gastro doctor and now it's been 4 weeks and it's back to the way it is. So i've been taking Pantop 40 and Domstal 10 but it was not working so one of the OPD Doctors prescribed me with OMEE and Antacid Gel to reduce it. There is mild improvements. What should i do?

Hi, My dad (63) is having gas issues in his stomach. He has no problem with his digestion and also early morning he has his regular toilets. But by the evening he start to fart and we are unable to bare the smell. Apologies for my language but now its getting difficult to be around him. Please suggest what to do as he is not ready to consult any doctor for this as he is shy. He has sugar of 190 and also has high BP 150/90. Please suggest some good medicine.

I have been having hyperacidiyyu issue since over a year (heartburn, acid reflux). I almost always eat home food now, stopped having tea even, stopped consuming colaetc But since last 3 mths or so I cannot live without having a Pentocid 40 tablet every morning (earlier I used to take Zinetac but that doesn't help that much as Pentocid does). The acidity is in control but I get a lot of constant cough, coughing (khansi) doesn't help to bring out phlegm, there is slight wheezing while breathing sometime. I have also started snoring a lot with open mouth which sometimes cause intense dry mouth and throat causing me to wake-up during night. I don't want to go surgery route and absolutely fear endoscopy. Is there a natural solution to this issue? Can using Pentocid daily cause any side effect (I am also on Telma 40 for BP). Behaviorally, I can tell you that I am a very hypochondriac guy, very self-centered but I am not under stress or anything. I don't smoke or drink. I am currently 45.

I have been facing huge bloating feeling fullness and stuffed uneasy after having food even with small bowls. From the past facing digestive disorders from the morning breakfast it self. The nutrients from the food is not properly extracted gaining fat and weight easily , my belly expands a lot after long workouts by the next day itself . It is uneasy for me every time when i sit on the floor the upper abdomen looks worst when i sit. Recently i am seeing intolerance on having citrus and Milk sort of lactose Intolerance . I am not able to understand what is my problem. Please suggest some medication to relief from bloat and indigestion also for Fat metabolism.

How can i reduce or get back into shape? i am having tummy fat which i feel is increasing from last week i feel like after having food my abdomen is air filled

I have been having heavy acidity in my stomach lately. I can have a good normal meal and still be fine but the second I eat any oily item like samosa or pav bhaji etc I will have strong acidity even after taking a diegine pill. It will cause constant burning feeling in stomach and the food pipe.

I am suffering from lower back pain from last two days. Try flexion pain killers tablets, hot water pad but not getting relief. When I pressed the paining area release burping. My stomach near nabhi is also some pain and little hard.
