I have been having stomach ache since from two days I ate a tablet yesterday night but marking I again got stomach ache.after that the stomach ache stopped.then I took a remedy then I got much more.its also changed the direction first it was left then it was at center part of the stomach

I had my gall bladder removed 9 years back and up-to now I had almost no issues with digestion. From the past 1 year I am having indigestion problems. It happens mostly once a month when I get low to medium fever and my bowel seems full and tight. Then it went off within one night. The next day seems to be kind of hangover with less appetite and then everything becomes normal. I get pale yellow urine for 2-3 days then. Can anyone suggest me some home remedies or medication.
