I had been in stress due to my exams(which are overnow) due to which my sleep patterns got disturbed but along with it i also got constipated . i have a history of anxiety and depression. what should i do?

I have been suffering with stomache from last two years which comes and go at regular intervals And Whenever I had the pain it is only cured by pain killer It's kind acidic pain. I have gone through the endoscopy It only showed hernia in the stomachs that too minor And the doctor advised me to go for CT Scan The doctor is not telling me what kind of pain it is I am really scared Can anyone help

Hello Doctor I am having big problem of constipation from last 5/6.years , I had done piles operation @ shah clinic in 2014 due to bleeding. After operation my constipation problem not solved, I am daily facing lots of issues like itching, Gas, Acidity, not getting stomach clear every morning. now doctor advised me to go for colonoscopy please advide

Hi, I drink coffee everyday (black coffee) on an empty stomach. If I do this regularly I become bloated and cannot digest food properly. I have read online that doing this destroys acid in my stomach making it nearly impossible to digest food properly. It gets so bad sometimes that I am forced to use a laxative to be able to digest.
