Stomach Problems & Remedies

Today I went to the bathroom and found  small amount of fresh blood mixed with the stool. There is no stomach ache or any other discomfort. Please help!!

I have constipation problem so puping is also not a daily process.i always feel gases in my stomach n feel uncomfortable. Please help.i m putting weight due to this.

In morning or even during night if I wake up, I can feel intense hunger pang followed by growling sound like some bubbles moving and bursting in my stomach. But that feeling goes away in few minutes or when I go back to sleep again. Why does this keep happening to me and what can I do to fix it. It's very uncomfortable and annoying. Should I eat even in the middle of the night when I am asleep and start feeling intense hunger. Please help me.

I had done sonography and in report it found PANCREAS APPEARS MILDY BULKY.Its measurement is HEAD 33mm,Body 27 mm, Tail 22 mm.Other measurment from Serum are CREATINIE 1.4 LIPASE 494.0 C REACTIVE PROTEIN 49. Please let me Pancreas problem can be resolve for forever and it not be come back and what are other cause . Please response me as soon as possible. Thanks
