  4. Stomach pain. No calculus or mass.

I have pain in my stomach​.right lower to the middle of chest.i have my ultrasound report and it says that the Small calcified granuloma in right lobe of liver .normal spleen gall bladder pancreas and kidneys/bladder,no calculus or mass.
