My cousin's daughter drank juice from outside.after that she was having loose motions and body pain.I consulted a doc and she was prescribed paracip-509,drotin -m and O2 tablets.what are these tablets for ?

I've been having stomach ache since 3-4 days. It is consistent and severe after having a meal . I hv been taking medicines- -pantocid DSR -ORDACEF -meftol -ulgel syrup -lactunol syrup They are effective but still the problem persists

No pain when I press those locations by hand. Pain is there from past 1 week and I started Pantosed from pasr 2 days initially twice a day now once a day 20 mins before breakfast. Do I need to take any other medicines ?
