My mother suffering from anaemia due to bleeding. CT scan done, report says. There is ill defined heterogeneously enhancing intragastric polypoidal lesion seen in the region of Antrum measuring about 2.5(AP) X 5.0 (TR) X 2.5 ( CC) cms causing mild luminal narrowing. No obvious invasion of the structures noted.

This is stomach growth. The features described in this scan suggestive of stomach cancer unless proved otherwise.  Your mother need immediate endoscopy and further management by a surgical gastroenterologist.
