Anemia, weakness,fatigue,dark red color stool or bright red stool (depending on site of bleeding),dizziness ..these are few major symptoms

I hope you know there are at least a hundred organs in the human body which can have internal bleeding.
Please don't presume that you can become a Doctor for self medication just by consulting Mr Google.
Go to a Doctor in your area, tell your symptoms, let him suspect any internal bleeding from any organ. Then he will tell you why he suspects internal bleeding in your case.
