Be it anytime of the day I alwaysfeel the urge to eat something. I don't feel hungry or anything but feel like eating something even though I have had breakfast/lunch.

GO FOR FASTING BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS
IT MAY BE DUE TO DIABETES. SO RULE OUT THAT.
TAKE HIGHT AND WEIGHT SO BMI CAN BE CALCULATE IF IT IS MORE THAN 25 , YOU ARE PRONE TO HAVE DIABETES.
