Sir my gf , she is 22 , height -5'2" ,weight - 42 kg, 3 years ago she she had a problem of blood in stool ,she took medicines from different doctors , she got ok , but after some days again she was facing same problem, nd from the last 3 years she is facing this problem , but now a days she is suffering too much , she became week , lethargic from this disease , plz help us so we can live a happy nd healthy life . I have an upper abdominal pain together with heartburn for more than a month now, every time that i feel like theres a lump in my throat heartburn follows. i want to try some h2 blocker but i dont know how often will i take it. Also i had some rashes that just appear suddenly and after a few hours they will just go away.

Hello Doctor, I am an IT Professional, works in different shift s (24*5 Project, 7AM-4PM, 2PM-7PM and 10PM-7AM). In any given month, I have to work in atleast one of the shift (same) throughout the week. I walk to and from office daily (3KM).  I eat 3 times daily (snacks and 2 meals). No breakfast (unless I work in morning shift) and lunch includes Chicken(with either rice or chapatis) most of the times and Desert. Dinner includes 1 Veg curry, 4 chapatis and Dal rice. I consume tea two times a day and don't smoke, don't drink more than 2 beers a month. I also eat one media sized piza once in a fortnight and also 4 burgers monthly , along with 1 liter soda. Now coming to my question, Recently my stomach started bloating although everything seems normal. I am a bit worried. Please help! Please find the attached recent health report
