It has been detected that there's swelling in intestine due to which acute pain in upper abdomen and heaviness is there.This also results in feeling of needle pricks all over back under arms and chest.There's acute constipation too. Even traveling in car is painful due to jerks.Pains even while changing sides while lying gives a feeling of stone r
