Finding dificulties while seating n playing table tennis in Lower Abodomn Wall...Done Abodmn & Pelvis sonography but shwing evrthng is in place. Dr thinks its Hernia but it is nt comng in Sonography...while playng Table Tennis it feels somthng comimg out frm Lower Abodomn...pls advise

From the history and the classical description it looks like an abdominal wall hernia. But the Ideal way to diagnose it would be to get a MRI of the Abdomen.
And start using a lumbar spine support with an abdominal binder. Take care
