I have been getting pain in my ass while i shit.its from 3 days i m male aged 23 some blood also coming

For the past week, i have stomach pain with vomit sensation. somatimes the pain comes suddenly and it goes away. Always i feel like my stomach is full.

Hi doc. I am gonna tell u the whole case. On 2 jun 2016 i was suffered from loosemotion but after 4 days there was a foum(white jhaag) coming with stool. There was a lot of itching with it. After many days finally i take ISABGOL. After few days i was feeling better all sign of foum removed. But there was a little bit pain. In November 2016 there was a huge pain during bowel moment and remains after 4 5 hrs after bowel moment and i seen there was large amount of blood coming with my stool so i have taken PILEX TAB and OSIL OINTMENT. But now same condition again occurred pain after bowel moment, 4 5 hrs after bowel moment. I didn't see any blood yet. Please tell me the solution to get rid of this

I've had mild itch in my anus so I applied dettol. But now it's a little swollen I think and also it feels sticky in anus. There's no pain at all. Please help me get rid of that sticky feeling. It doesn't go even after repeated cleaning with water. I'm not sure if dettol caused this problem or if these are the consequences of that mild itch.

Having vomitings from 2 days even not able to digest water. If am eating or drinking anything within a mjnute it comes out Feeling very week

I have undergone a liver function test recently and my SGPT level came to 81 which is above the normal level.I wish to know is this really a matter of concern for me and do I need to start any medication for the same.Also whether it is due to my obesity or the reason can be something different?
