I hv bloatd stomach since 2 days feel with kinda bubble sounds in stomach loose motion & a lil body pain. & feel tired.. i hd fever bt nw hv feverish feeln in stomach.. plz help me

I have gastric problem from last 2 years and also constipation problem from 1 years now I have some times bloody stools

Recently, i had ultrasound test for pain upper right part of stomach, there is stone in stone of 1.7 cm size at the neck position, Dr advised for gallbladder operation at the earliest. Is it necessary?
