Took paracetamol once in the morning. Motion has subsided

Hello well I wanted to know if you had taken food from a place other than the normal I had something which was under cooked... Because that might be a reason... Secondly since you say your emotions have decided I don't think you would require any medications as of now... I would suggest you to take ORS..
Increase your water intake and have home cooked food as much as possible... Continue taking Paracetamol twice a day till you meet the doctor
