Hi Doctor my age is 23 years,i have an excessive gastric problem whole a day and i go to toilet 3 to 4 times in a day , someone suggest me to do hardwork then i joined gym and do workout 2 hour daily ....but no relief ....plz suggest ...me what i do to get relief

I have white spots in stool, diharea, feeling like im going to be sick/vomit/pass out (not sure if thats caused by any anxiety for some reason im nervous that i will get sick in public which causes me to feel sick and gag)
