My husband have pain in his left abdomen from week. Pain ia very much.. please suggest what specialist we have to consult

Hi...Whenever i eat in the evening time all night i feel very discomfortable. Eventhough i eat atlst 2-3 hrs before sleeping n also very simple food. In the night around 2-3 am i feel like going to motion. Also I feel like my digestion is getting week. My weight also reduced. Kindly give suggestions. Thanks a lot

Around 1-2 month when i wake up in morning there is blood in my spit. I have been suffering from cough and cold from 2 month Now the cough is fine but still there is blood coming from my mouth. My tuberculosis report is negative.

I've been suffering from constipation for like a month now and getting frequent mouth ulcers due to this. Since about three weeks, I'm unable to defaecate, when I take some supplement like Kayam churns, only then I defaecate otherwise there is no bowel movement at all even for 3-4 days. Sir I have pain right and left side stomach with back pain last 10 days with gas problem it is normal, back pain is regular but stomach pain is irregular.
