Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am having Stomach pain, chest burning, Peptic Ulcer, blood coming in stool. Kindly suggest me a good medicine for time being. Now am taking Pantokind DSR as temp relief.

Of late I have lot of bloating of stomach with lot of gas passing. I feel a lot uneasy. Please help.

I used a electronic muscle stimulated machine on my abs, and today I feel like I am going to puke and I keep having cramps.

Sir, I'm 39. I'm often facing pain at upper left side of my stomach. This is normally when consume tablets ,spicy food, oily (fried) food , or when I have food from restaurants. Nowadays the no occurring is more even I avoid the above said foods. Request u to share your thoughts

I have been diagnosed with acute gastritis problem for the past one month. I don't feel hungry at all. I always feel like my stomach is full. If I forcibly eat I feel like vomiting and digestion also takes time. Initially for 5 days I took pantocid DSR and got some relief. Should I continue the tablet ?

Hi, i have been having these stomach issues for a very long time. My stomach always feels tight and bloated. Whatever i eat or even just have water i start bloating. Also major gas issue..sometimes my stomach hurts i get so much gas. And i get gas problem everyday every second. Plz help ans suggest something if you can. Sir I have normal pain right side stomach and few time left side and 2 days loz motion what's problem

I've been having loose motions from last three days. 1 day I had little fever also. But today I saw blood in motions. I am having continues pain and the intensity keeps on changing.
