No details about duration of complaints, type of stools hard, soft or mucus, and bleeding whether streaky , mixed with stools or in drops, along with motions or after. Constipation, hard stools, fissure, piles, dysentry etc. are some of the causes of bleeding. You should take plenty of oral liquids. Ensure stools are soft by consuming high fibre food, seasonal fruits. You may have to see your doctor , preferably a General Surgeon for proper clinical examination, direct examination if necessary, diagnosis and further treatment.
