Can gallstones cause weight loss ? I have lost 6kgs in the last 2 months.  I'm a feeding mother . Just underwent a laproscopy, all other CBC reports are Normal.

Dear doctors, I am suffering from loss of appetite. CT scan and ultrasound(attached) done gives appendicitis and gallbladder stones. I have H Pylori, Las lex, duodenal ulcers, esophagitis and esophagus ulcer. I had chest discomfort, throat scratching and throat lump, lot of burping. I completed triple therapy for h pylori a week ago. I was good for 3-4 days. Now my symptoms have returned. Hello. My mother had loose motion yesterday morning. She went to the loo 14-15 times after which we gave her the medicine O2 thrice yesterday. After that it stopped.Today in the evening she went again and had loose stool but says her stomach feels lighter now. Should i give any other medicine to her?
