I am prescribed by my Dr  librax twice daily for lower abdomen cramps and gas. Is it before food or after food

I have been suffering from acid reflux problem from 11 years. I have tried many kind of antacids like Omi prazole, Rebiprazole, Pantaprazole. Omiprazole relief me but it's not so longer relief completely. I have changed in my life style foods everything but there is no result. I have pain my back nd chest , burning nd titness. I became to know about doctor in Delhi. He suggested me lyprascopy. Please suggest my for lyprascopy surgery. It's safe or not nd I should use it or not.

In evening i eat papaya at empty stomach feels normal in the evening but after eating dinner i feels like bloating and gas should i eat papaya before food or after food

I don't have any stomach pain but if I press my stomach it pains for few seconds and then the pain goes away... I get when I press it... or else I am fine... what can be the reason ?

My mother is having gastroenterological problems from last 3-4 months, suffering from indigestion when we consulted doctor, it was prescribed by doctor to take USG WHOLE ABDOMEN test. The report of USG WHOLE ABDOMEN : Gallbladder (GB) is well distended and shows luminal calculus (15.5mm). GB wall is normal in thickness. Does she need to perform surgery, she is also borderline diabetic and have arithitis and high cholesterol issues

4 days Ive undergone sinusitis surgery.since then I'm unable to flushout the stool.pls suggest a solution

Hi, here is my story. 2 years back during pandemic 2nd wave, I was sleeping and suddenly woke up with increased heart rate I ended up in ER, as per doctor was Gastric and anxiety. Post that l got numerous such painful gastric attacks. In past two years minimum 10 times I have been rushed to ER. I get strong chest pain continuous burps like very very severe burps. I don't get sleep at all when this occurs at night, I could not focus on work in day time as i get pain in all over my body, feel light headed. Some times I would sleep and suddenly after half an hour  will wake up with increases heart rate, breathing issues and dry mouth and lips. Untill I let pass all the gas through burps I don't get relief and sleep. This has become a norm since 2 years and from past two weeks this is happening on daily basis, my stomach feels full of gas and is always bloated, whatever food I am eating it gives me pain. From past few days I am also feeling strong pain behind of neck. Going for endoscopy.

I used to face shortness of breath when I was lying down earlier .. I was feeling something is stuck at back of my throat or air is trapped. When I burped or yawn i used to feel better .. nowadays I get these shortness of breath during day time also .Now I am feeling acidity symptoms like heartburn sometimes, upper abdomen stomach pain and sometimes feel like liquid comes back in my throat (khatti Dakar). I have consulted lung specialist for shortness of breath they says it's not related to chest. Gastroenterologist did gastroscopy and report says it's gastritis. I am worried now because I am not getting proper answer and still feel these symptoms.

Whenever i drink cold water I do feel cramp/pain in my stomach. is this due to cold water? when I drink normal water water I don't have any issues. cold water is bad for stomach?

I started having muscle weakness few days back and then had bloating for one day, then passing stools after eating (3 to 4 times in a day) and felt weak all the while. I even had fever symptoms but without any rise in temperature. I started having these issues all of a sudden after following a protein rich diet for weight loss for 3 months. What might be the issue? Kindly help me.
