Hi, am 29f, 3 yrs back I have delivered one baby girl, recently I had started going to gym, from that tym onwards during doing the workouts am feeling sharp pain in right side lower abdomen, is their any problem if I get sharp pain like that

I am unable to digest anything except the food which is given to me under tiffin service. After eating like - Sattu, Chivda, a lot of gas is formed and till then there is pain in the stomach until every single grain in it. Foam also comes from the mouth .

Is lactulose safe for long term use? Say 6 months or so. Can it be stopped abruptly to switch to something more efficient?

My mother suffers from high acidity all of a sudden. Her head starts aching and she also vomits. She gets very restless and only sleeping helps her. She had earlier had stones in her gall bladder and it's removed since then the acidity has reduced a lot. However she still gets it sometimes. What can be the actual cause of it and is there any permanent remedy?

Hello Sir/madam Please suggest some medicine for my problem, I visited a general physician due to my gastric problem, he examined and said that liver function increases some how, he gave me rabekind dsr and udilive 300 (continue) but my problem is that when ever at night I walk , there I feel some heavy in right side, at morning no prblem at all, I stop junk food from so many days, after 10 days of taken udiliv I stop that, my belly is not clear, feel like it will exit through bathroom but not that, some like gas is there always, please suggest medicine what will I take for this, no urine pain no latrine prblem, but I need to clear my belly, please suggest the medicine, or diet, I used to take 3 time milk of tea, weekend 1 day 1 bottle of beer, smoke once in every 2 to 3 days, doing gym, please suggest

Last few months heavy gastric and acidity. Body checkup done. Sonography fatty liver and B12-D3 vitamin low. Injection taken 2 each. Still a stomach issue occurs. Heavy gas passes and a burning sensation in the stomach. I always feel hungry. If at home all is ok but if I go outside I feel uneasy in my stomach and my head starts foggy, low energy, feels like breakdown, sweating, a lot of anxiety.
