Acid Reflux
I have severe acid reflux problem from 3yrs... It's not completely cured... My throat always burn like hell after eating anything... What to do I have taken medication also but no use..

Eat lightly but frequently.take ppi tablets in the morning.If not cured ,then have to do endoscopy to find out if there is any ulceration.

Take sucrafil o syrup 30 mins before food everyday
Avoid oily and spicy food
Avoid tea coffee chocolates etc also .
Drink more water and stay hydrated
Eat in moderation.
