Sir I wanted to ask about stomach problems . My age is 21 years . Actually after eating food my stomach sounds a lot . And I want to get rid of it as it makes me so uncomfortable in class

Dear Dr, I.m suffering from.hiatus hernia from.2017 but recently from.last 2 weeks I m feeling like something stuck in throat and something stuck in chest after waking up and some times metallic taste in mouth. I done endoscopy last week it shows Large Hiatus hernia and OG junction 40 cms . So do I need surgery for this or it can be manage with medicines? And in what stage we need to do compulsory surgery Thanks, Rashid

Hello, I have vitamin D deficiency. Last 1-2 months I am suffering acidity , upset stomach, bloating. I got fissure surgery last 1.5 years back. That's why I eat veggies and drink 3.5 litre water in a day. I pass motion two times a day. Last one week I am facing vertigo. Could you plz tell me vitamin d medicine should I take or not? Which Vitamin d medicine does not get constipated ?

My stomach has not cleared on single shot.kindly provide me solution naturally to clear in one shot.in morning just came after toilet feel to go again.
