Sir ,I am allergic to sulfate drugs.I have stomach acidity and gerd .Doctor gave me NEXPRO - L tablet.is it a sulf drug please tell .

Dear doctor I used to consume alcohol and had a habit of chewing gutka in morning I go to bathroom and when ever I had some thing in breakfast or if take gutka I have to go again to bathroom and for some days I am having liquid stool and I stool is also semi solid with mucus i am very much worried is it ibs do I have any digestion issue. Three years ago i drank unpasteurized milk for about 20 days continuously then i suffered from stomach issues for nearly 1 year. I visited gastroenterology and had done upper endoscopy and dr found that i am suffering from ulcer and stomach acidity and dr prescribed medication for 2 months after that i recovered and enjoyed eating everything normally. Now after February 2023 i am suffering from passing gas sometimes wrong smell in stool and sometimes acidity. Though for a month every is fine for now but i don't know What should i do ? please provide me some suggestions

Hi Doctor I am having this weird head heavyness/dizziness for a seconds just before this loud Burping comes the moment I pass the Burping which comes loudly the moment eases in head and it keeps happening thought.. it makes me anxious..I do have acid reflux problem..is it progressing more?? Sometimes I feel breathless when this acid attack occurs with Burping.. all gets eases after passing the burp.
