Does irritable bowel syndrome cause dull pain in left side of stomach after eating and after farting pain releives and is light blood seen in still if constipated

I am a breastfeeding mother .my baby is 4 months old.since few days I had fever 102.and whole body is aching.and now I don't feel like to eat anything.this causes shortage of my breast milk  .please suggest me some medicines by which I can eat normally

Hello , I am having acidity and reflux from a long time though i have taken the treatment for it which is Pantop D daily but as soon as i stop taking it would return the next day What can i do is there anything which can help me in this condition because of long term acidity i feel pain in my bones and muscle weakness .

Dear doctor, I have fatty liver for past 20 years. I have been advised to take LFT. The results are abnormal. Prothrombin time is 18.6 sec and INR 1.3. Fibroscan result fibrosis score of 324 and 26.5 KPA. Is it serious. Is it cirrhosis? The ct Scan results shows enlarged liver 24.5 cm and enlarged spleen.
