Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am following my simple diet ( homemade food) since last 2 years and still I am suffering from heavy constipation. Due to this condition, now I am even having piles. So far the doctors I have consulted, are only prescribing laxatives. I am literally tired of taking these laxatives as it is not solving the main problem. Whosoever comes across this question, please help me solve this problem. I am in severe pain. I just want to know that even after having homemade-light food, why am I having such a heavy constipation? Please help..!!

I get sticky Poop after having protein shake. The brand I use is Nutrabay Pure whey Concentrate unflavored protein..I'm taking 1scoop a day with 300ml of water just after finishing my workout.

I have been suffering from gas problem and bloating for 10 days. I took Gaviscon syrup and pantoprazole but I am still having the problem of gas and bloating. Please suggest me what should I  do ?

Hi, Stomach acidity cause body burning sensation? I am facing body burning sensation when ever stomach starts to burn. And bladder also gets irritated because of stomach burn and causing more urination. Kindly clarify whether acidity cause body burning sensation? Thanks and regards, Ramya

Hi, I have stomach related problems. Have stomach burning sensation often which leads to more urination and body burning sensation. Also have indigestion, bloating problem. Doctor advised to take blood test. My ESR value is 32mm and my CRP value is 2. Body burning and stomach burning will get relief automatically once I have curd rice. Kindly clarify me what is the problem for me? For sweet and spicy foods, stomach automatically triggers and started burning with indigestion . Even blend diet makes burning sometimes.
