Dyspepsia and stomach burning
Hello doctor I am facing several issues in stomach as ingestion, burping , excessive gases , acidity, stomach cramps , heaviness , loose stools , vomiting sensation, etc , till I consulted 3 gastroenterologist they have done USG abdomen, upper gi endoscopy, colonoscopy, fibroscan , complete blood test CBC lipid hbaic CRP esr hiv hepatitis b,c , and not even minor abnormality found in any report, is it related to psychological issues, because I have illness phobia I have done echo and tmt also they are also normal and brain mri also normal

None of your Doctors seems to have suggested lifestyle modifications. Please go for a walk in the morning and evening. Don't go to bed soon after dinner. Rely on salads and fresh fruits . Reduce intake of coffee, tea and liquor. Do some exercises involving the stomach .
