My sgot and sgpt levels are 67.4U/l and 79.2U/l respectively.Should i be serious about this or is it normal?

Doc prescribe Altacef dry syrup for my son, we don't have a refrigerator, but it is written in cover should be kept in refrigerator and used in seven days , now as no refrigerator available how to keep this medicine??

I am getting loose stools from last 7 to 8 months, Visited a gastro doctor and he prescribed rifaximin 400mg along with some probiotics. It helped me for 3 days and again the problem started. I tried multiple types of probiotics but nothing is helping. My gastro told me it is happening because of constipation. Sometimes I feel bloated. I am obese and I am taking pantaprazole with domperidome from last 3 years due to acidity. Please suggest what to do

My father is suffering from constipation and fasting diabetes 130.he is suffering from white mouth ulcer and gum bleeding.
