Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi all, Around aug last week i started with throat irritation followed by fever. After 2 days i got nauseous. Was in treatment for around one and half month now. Almost visited 4 gastro doctors and took all the tests and all the test were normal. All the antacids prescribed by the doctors which i have followed isnt reducing the symptoms. I have nausea, palpitations, cough, shortness of breath sometimes, heartburn,loss of appetite,lower back pain, some sounds in the stomach followed by burning. Even visited neurologist. I dont know now what to do. Still feeling nauseous as soon as i eat something. Due to not eating anything i lost around 5 kgs. Please suggest some further treatments

I am 29 yrs old, still now I'm under weight,my height is 6 feet 4 inches and weight about 60 kg very lean body.so many yrs i tried to gain weight but everything is failed.i can't able to find the reason of under weight. I don't have any other diseases ,so many yrs before one doctor in a tv program said about being under weight is related to stomach issue Dr said that low intestine to large intestine food transportation was not successfull passed out this may the reason being underweight.is it true wat is the disease name any medical treatment related to this condition...

My 12 years old son was diagnosed with typhoid 2.5 months back. Antibiotics were given and even IV antibiotics were given. Now also 14 days course of antibiotics of zifi 400 and azee 250 is being given twice a day. He is having stomach pain , body pain and weakness. His body temperature varies from 99 to 99.5 daily. At night there is no temperature. His abdomen ultrasound is ok. CBC is normal except for eosinophils 10. He is also having constipation. What tests should be done? Please guide

From two three months I have problem of digestion. My toilet is not so clear. I have taken checkup from 2 doctors. Till the course of medicine it is fine but after some days it remains the same. Please suggest what should I do?

My father 53 year old had hemmeoids operation 3 months ago since then he is having mucus discharge from stool area when sitting but no pain nothing.plz tell what to do. My mother checked that the area has healed fully then why so.

I was diagnosed with grade 1 fatty liver in an ultrasound. My SGOT and SGPT levels are 24 and 21 respectively. My BMI is in normal range. I take alcohol once in a month. Do you I need to go for fibrosis scan as well?

I eat very spicy food and green chilli is my favourite. I eat 2-3 raw green chilli in lunch and 2-3 raw green chilli in dinner as a salad along with onion. Is it good for health or bad? I have acidity issues but other than that i never feel bad about eating green chilli. PS: home grown dark green chilli which is spicier than normal market light green chilli.

I was advised 5 drops castor oil Everyday before bed for lubrication of intestine and reduce constipation. I don't want this as laxative and in high quantity. Just 5 drops everyday is what has worked for many of my friends. Any advice on this?

High fever started 3 days back then mild o c2nd day took Crocin , 3rd day no fever but stomach infection symptoms started.
