Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am experiencing pain on a spot above my belly button left side and same pain on same spot on back. If you press it there is no pain, it is more superficial. There is no rash or bump. This problem is there from 3 days now and today i felt needle like sensation on spot if you lean forward. What could it be is it a stomach problem or something else. Somebody please help.

So i am a big health anxiety. I have these stomach issues in my genes my mom my maternal home every one have stomach issues. mine are that my stomach gets distented and gets very tight and after that i burp alot but still stomach feels swelled. I have visited atleast 10 doctors and done many usg recently i did my usg which showed only fatty liver grade 1 and nothing else.

My mother was slightly constipated and bloated which resolved but just few centimeters above the belly button the skin of stomach is tender to touch it is just superficial and there is no pain when you press the stomach and similar thing is on the back on same spot, the tenderness is there from 4 days now. What is better laxative between Triphala and Lactulose? I have tried both but Lactulose works better for me but I hear triphala is safer?
