My mother is suffering from acute gas and constipation problem , after meal she gets stomach bloated , difficult to breathe. Constant headache and lightheadedness she complains. This is happening from last 4 days. Already done with PTCA 8months back and has CKD , creatinine remains around 1.8 Please someone suggest me with best solution for this

Hello Doctor, I am having knee swelling when I stand for long hours and also ankles swell with slight muscle pull up. Here I have attached my report but only could attach 2 reports, so I am giving details of my other  test results which are out of range:- Haemoglobin 10 50, PACKED CELL VOLUME 32.30, RBC count 3.40, Eosinophil 0.90, mean platelet volume 12.6, CARDIO C-REACTIVE protein serum 1.90, Vitamin d 25 hydroxy serum 65.99, transferrin saturation 13.66, chloride 99.51, HDL cholesterol 32.50, Rest everything is normal. I suspect I might have liver disease. Do I have any liver problem? If I have then how serious it is? Please reply. Would be great help. Thanks.

Do gaseous problems stop or slow down muscle growth? Whenever I try to bulk i get constipated the next day.

Hello doctor ...from last six months  Whenever i swallowing something there is a pain in my upper back just b/w the shoulders and this pain persist for 3-4 hours . I had sore throat and heaviness in voice from 6 months . Stiffness in the neck . Please suggest

I am having acidity for last 3 weeks and my bp is fluctuating 100/175. There is inflammation in middile of the chest and pinching pain in left of the chest and numbness raidiating from chest to left arm, back of shoulder disc and jawline. my throat is sore and too much burping. Please help. I had fistuletomy surgery 3 weeks back. I take lactihep syrup to keep my stools soft. The syrup is making my stools soft, but is making me pass motion multiple times in a day, sometimes 4-5 times in a day and very small quantity each time. Passing motion so many times is becoming painful at the surgery wound. Please advise how to keep my stools soft and pass motion once or twice a day.
