Hi please fine my report and suggest is this good or not , every 2nd month vomit and headache .. not able to get up while vomit and severe weakness..

Seems to be an infection but not necessarily liver infection. You need a ultrasound abdomen as well.

This report indicates your liver is compensated due to infection or alcohol or some disorder or may be even drug induced !!
One more observation is the report is not signed by a MD pathologist which is necessary as per law ,at least in Maharashtra as per my knowledge!?
