Perianal abscess 2nd time
Had experienced perianal abscess in 2019 and got it drained completely and now again started getting pain during seating and found out it was anal fissure through doctor and once fissure got cured again I am victim of perianal abscess. (fissure and abscess happened in last 7 days) I eat healthy rich fiber food and am on weight loss journey but don't understand how did abscess appear again even after having healthy diet. The doctor have suggested to get the ENDOANAL USS report done and might plan a surgery on 30th August Please share your reviews regarding it will I be getting it in future

The development of a chronic fistula is very common if the disorder is treated only by incision and drainage. Other complications include urethral irritation, urinary retention, and constipation. Even with fistulotomy or the use of a Seton, recurrence rates of 1-3% have been reported.
