Anal abscess can’t exist from years .. better u meet some surgeon and get ur self examined and go appropriate treatment as advised by surgeon

Anal ABCESS need surgery. Other causes are possible. For confirming the diagnosis rectal exam is needed.
Fissure in ano, piles, fistula are other possibilities.
