Perianal Abscess
Hello Doctor, Couple of days back I noticed a small pea size bump in my rectum area. I scheduled an appointment with a Gastro and he thought it could be Perianal Abscess. At that time there wasn't any pus or Blood. The gastro suggested me to do endoanal ultrasound. At the same time, I also visited an Ayurvedic doctor and based on the symptoms, he told me that it is not a Perianal Abscess and is just piles. He also prescribed me some medicines for piles and even a cream to apply. Within three days I saw that the size is reduced and so do the pain. But since morning I am noticing small pus oozing out from the same area. The ayurvedic doctor also suggested me to go for CBP, CRP and Stool test. CBP and CRP came normal and I am yet to give stool samples. Kindly advise me next Steps. I also wants to know if it is abscess how serious it will be and do we have to drain out the pus if it's coming out by itself
