Perianal abscess nor healed
Perianal abscess was drained through a surgery an year ago. No pain or fever. But it hasn't healed. Any suggestions will be very helpful.

Fistula is definitely a possibility. Or sometimes even a normal ABSCESS may take time to heal.normal abscess wound takes months to heal.

continue sits baths. high fibre diet. ointments etc may help.
