Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am 34years old..weight 48kg..my problem is reacntly I m taking Cow milk but cannot digest it..is there any way to digest it..as I want continue drinking milk..will taking lactobacillus help  in digestion or is there any other way to digest milk?pls kindly suggest..Thank you..

Facing digestive issues since 4-5 months which includes bloating and stomach pain plus constipation many a times. Have noticed that my heart rate is elevated after every meal. I do workout regularly which includes weight training and cardio so unsure of the reason. Please assist.

Hi doctor,I had stress due to some exam failure. After then in weak point I tried to pressure my self,like sleeping on a 3pile of pillows pressing my belly on it with whole body weight.   After 5 min of it,I felt numbness,& some nerve damage like I felt loss of activity in my intestines.next day morning,even gas is blocked in intestines & not had bowel movements for upto 20 days.& even noticed skin,muscle sagging with weak bones like lost bone density. Then after I have serious digestive,absorption problems,I think when I eat leafy & other too.I had bloating,skin sagging,thinning,darkening,knee pains and weak bones. I think this all sounds like collagen loss caused from intestines & lead to damage to collagen production. Whenever I eat foods  eggs,fish,bone broth,seasame, sunflower seeds, my skin looks hydrated thick,lighten. And even have bowel movements freely. After when I stopped eating them,problems come again.    Pls help with proper foods &tips& can't consult due to Financially.

I had an hyperacidity episode 1.5 weeks ago however I recovered in a few days, this week I have been waking up feeling nauseous in the morning with lower abdomen pain and headaches, I assumed it to be acidity so I only ate at home, slept early and drank lots of water. However, I still feel bloated, have lower abdomen pain and my stool looks dark red/pinkish, I don't feel any pain while pooping or sitting and the consistency is fine. I feel hunger and don't have pain while eating. My breathing is normal and when I cough it doesn't hurt. I feel quite gassy and weird in my low abdomen. Few months ago I had a stomach and intestine infection. I have not been drinking alcohol or smoking. Please advise.

I have been facing some irregular stool problem since one month and more. Which is black in colour and watery state and it seems little pus in it  also I have pile problem but never faced any serious consequences or pain regarding pile. Hi, since last 3 days I am experiencing vomit and also some blood in it. I am not sure about it and It was not happened to me previously. Little headache also. Please suggest what should I do now.

My mother's USG report states that she has mild antral wall thickening which can be due to acid peptic disease. Also, colon is loaded with gaseous abdomen. Can anyone please suggest what the treatment should be for the same?

I was diagnosed IBS at AIH in hyderabad few months ago... I was given CINTODAC, it has been working for me for 5 months but it stopped working now. Please any other medicine that will have similar solution that I can buy to help my digestion?
