I need good antibiotics for h pylori..I still positive took hp kit by sun pharma it's not eradicate my h pylori

I had lot of gas and bad digestion loose motion once, I have been give Rcifex 400 x 2 for 4 days , velgut x 2 for 5 days, somproz x 1 for 10 days, Today is day 3 loose motion today , once apart from my regular morning motion is due to side effects of medicine? Pls advise

Hi doctor, I used to have blood stikes on stool time to time as in form of mucus... Hardly there is pain or burning sensation on anus..( rarely) It has been 1yeqr now since i am seeing this issue on and off. I am 41 yrs height 5.3 weight 59kg.I am suffering from constipation a lot these days. Sometimes it took 7 days to freshen up.After 7 days when stool is passed it is hard.I visited gastronologist he prescribed lacti fibre.But I want to cure naturally.i don't want to get addicted of Lacti fibre.Please guide.
