Pain in lower left abdomen
After waking up pain on left lower abdomen pain radiate to whole area above pelvic bone. While pooping also felt pressure on lower abdomen. Once after poop pain subsides . No pain on walking or sitting . Mild discomfort on the lower left side no pain. Any concern

In a case of pain abdomen the treatment must be preceded by a physical examination. At least for me it is very difficult to come to a conclusion purely on the basis of symptoms.

Pain in lower abdomen which get relieved after passsing stools can be because of fatty diet or low liquid intake as it result in hard stools.A useful home remedy would inclusion of roughage in diet like plant foods, while grains,nuts,seeds, fruits. Eating in 3-4 small meals rather than eating 1(or 2) large meal might be beneficial.
