Is there any alternative to endoscopy biopsy for h.pylori with 100% results , I feel very uneasy with endoscopy.

Hi. I usually drink coffee on an empty stomach to start my very busy day and have been facing bad bloating, gassiness and acidic burps. I started taking RB HOF DSR. It works well on days that I don't drink coffee and obviously I can't do without coffee in the corporate world as I need to power my days through. Any advice if this more treatment?

I feel muscle pain in my stomach near the rib cage and sometimes stomach pain while I'm sleeping and wake up with then slowly relieve from pain and i always feel my stomach bloated after eating and also shortness of breath. These problems started after I gained over weight after the Vats surgery of my lungs due to pleural effusion. And when I eat I feel a little bit of swelling in my fingers also. It happens sometimes only. I was also feeling chest muscle pain but when I reduced smoking to 1 ciggerate in 2-3 days now I don't feel pain in my chest.

Hi, I took LFT test last year and recently due to acidity problem. Bilirubin and ALP are still high. Please advise. I am attaching both reports from Jun2022 and Aug 2023. Please advise if increase in ALP and Bilirubin is a serious problem. also did ultrasound recently and found Gallstone 7mm and polyps 4.5mm. All these tests I did because of acid reflux

Why cold water hurts the stomach. whenever i drink cold water i feel pain in my stomach. its very hot here can't resist the thirst. I am drinking more water and eating less due to hot weather.
