Facing intestinal motility and constipation issue from a year..did lifestyle changes,incorporated exercise,yoga,made diet changes still not able to see any change..nutrionist advised me to take vitamin b1 supplement after consultation with doctor..so.just want to confirm is it safe to take vitamin b1 supplement is there any side effects?
