Green poop and mucus in stool
Hello, my daughter aged 3.2 years old had passed green color and mucus in stool today and her appetite has reduced .. She ate very less. She didn't had any green leaves in past few days just was adding vegetables to her diet. Drank a glass of milk in the morning and Kichidi in the afternoon. What would be the reason for this and want to know treatment and diet for her. I am really worried because this had never happened before. She pooped twice today once green stool and second time with mucus type.. Her poop was slightly loose and before pooping second time she complained of stomach pain. Yesterday she had onion slice at hotel .. Only that and had flavored milk.. Also can I give her lemon juice instead of milk now. Please suggest and let me know the treatment. Also let me know the diet and medicine for her.. Thank you
