Since May this year there have been many times when I have to use the loo constantly at night. I am unable to sleep, I feel sleepy but I am unable to sleep because my stomach is very bloated. It often increases when I get holidays from my office for 3-4 days perhaps my body clock gets affected.

Hello doctor. I have this pain in the left lower rib which is just below the chest area (upper abdomen) it feels like my left rib area is little big then the right. I can feel it through touch and can observe it when I lie down. I have this tenderness and swelling (i assume)in that area. The pain feels like it's sharp that comes and goes , but also like a constant muscle pain. It's more painful when I lie down on my back when I stretch and when I touch I feel like a little pain. I'm so confused and I see articles of spleen enlargement or abdominal aortic aneurysm. Please help with your answer

Hello doctor. I have been having too much burps, the sharp gas pain in chest and stomach and back , it increases when I eat chole or pesarattu even home cooked food. I lost appetite due to this constant irritating pains and aches. The sharp pains that come in the left chest and back are scary is it heart related? I stopped having coffee on empty stomach so i observed the burps stopped. But the gastric shooting pains, the muscles feel sore, I have poor sleep because of all these. Please help what can I do ?

Creatinine count is low - 64 umol/L IgG count is high - 17.40 g/L C reactive protein count is high - 9.1 mg/L what does that mean? urea breath test result is pending. I have attached screenshot of blood test as well. kindly share your views

Hello. My brother, 13 years old, weight 40kgs, has been observing blood in his stool since past 3 weeks. The stool is normal but the blood flow is a concerning amount. He was prescribed Taxim 200 and Folcovit Distab but there's no improvement.We got a few tests done and his Carcinoembryonic Antigen range is 3.2 ng/ML. I have attached the report. Is it something concerning? What is the cause of this? Please help.

I keep a 36 hr fast (only consume water and herbal tea, no food or other liquids) once a week where after eating on Monday late night I consume food straight on Wednesday at 12 pm. The next day however when I start consuming food I feel as if  water or something liquid has reached just below throat and digestion is slower than normal. This is even if I consume normal food like fruits, dal, rice, vegetables. Even during the fast I feel as if some there is something semi liquid getting digested in my stomach. No stomach pain or any other issues. Is this due to excess stomach acid? Should I reduce the duration to 20 hours and eat something light like fruits at night (Tuesday night as per the above example)? Thank you

For past two days, I have a loss of appetite and a feeling of heaviness above the stomach area..I am not unable to explain in words here, but this is something which is giving me so much discomfort 😞. I am eating only for the sake of eating. Plz tell me what to do.

Morning after getting up I feel no energy.. anxiety ... acidity..burning in my stomach and I'm super hungry. If I go outside or walk I feel  heaviness in the front head and eyes. Anxiety and tingling in hands legs. All reports are normal. Vitamins B12-D3 normal. Can anyone suggest what's happening and what needs to be done?
