Hi I have done 2 LFT Blood test. 1 is on 13jul that was normal. 2nd on 2ndsep which is a bad report. But I had alcohol day before blood test on 2nd sep . Am confused which is the correct or not. I have attached the report. Kindly check and let me know. On which report I should trust. And having little bit dull pain on right side of the chest also As per 13th July 2023 AST/SGOT)-31 (ALT/SGPT)-43 Serum Globulin-2.90 As per 2nd Sep 2023 AST/SGOT)-54.60 U/L 3 - 35 (ALT/SGPT)-76.50 U/L 3 - 35 Serum Globulin-2.95

I had a fistuletomy surgery, and i have been advised by the hospital to take Cremaffin to keep my stools soft. I take 15ml Cremaffin every night. I am facing 2 problems with Cremaffin: 1: I have to defecate 4 times in a day. 2: My stomach feels weird - grumbling noise, mild gas, and feeling like passing motion all the time. Please advise the right dosage of cremaffin to use so that i can pass motion 1 or 2 times a day, and my stools remain soft. PS: I am eating fruits and vegetables, drinking 3ltrs of water a day. I can't quit cremaffin till the wound heals as i tried and ended up having bleeding due to hard stools.

Hello , I want to use enema kit at home is it safe to use in home. is there any side effect . what ml of water i need to take and what minutes i need to hold the water.

After haircut and trimming small hair I think 2 to 3 went inside I assuming does it cause any harm or get digested? After came home i used mouth wash and washed...anything to worry?

Dear sir From last 15days , i feel burp even I m not full of stomach because of that feel uneasiness in throat . Have piles from from last 1years but there is no bleeding and swelling have only massa at anus. But have gas problem since piles started and feel uncomfortable in stomach also . Pls suggest on that.

Hello, Weight: 90kg A month ago, I got pain above 2 inches of navel for 4-5 days n diarrhoea. So I took loperamide but not effective so I went to my family doctor & he gave nexpro rd 20 for 5 days. Pain wan gone but diarrhoea not. So he gave norflox tz but not effective then he gave orniplus H, but still diarrhoea not gone. So I consult another doctor, he gave sporlac ds. Sometimes it's work n sometimes not. So I have tested blood report & in it Vit. I am suffering from constipation since 2 days.. Today is the third day i havent pooped. I took isabgol after meal last night and also 10ml of duphalac syrup. Felt pressure today yet not pooped. How much more doses of duphalac should i take??

I am prescribed by my Dr  librax twice daily for lower abdomen cramps and gas. Is it before food or after food
