I have bloating and frequent digestion issues causing acidity also resulting in sore throat and blocked nose and chest heaviness,kindly suggest any course of medication.

I fed oatmeal to my 8 month son sprinkling a half spoon of dry fruit powder last night. He seemed to have bloated and have indigestion. What can I do to alleviate the symptoms - home remedies preferably

I am experiencing persistent discomfort in the upper middle part of my abdomen and back pain, particularly after meals. Despite maintaining a healthy diet devoid of fast food, sugary items, and dairy products, I still encounter stomach pain, even after drinking water. Sometimes it becomes very worse even I can't breathe properly. And sometimes I feel pain from my chest to the middle part of my upper abdomen. I eat nonveg, mainly chicken, and occasionally fish around 3 days a week. I am seeking medical advice to understand and address these symptoms.

How to slow down emptying of food from stomach? Because I'm getting extreme hunger even after taking food with in one hour ,I did gastric emptying study it shows only 6% food is remaining in stomach in one hour btw I'm taking 6times food in a day and my symptoms are extreme hunger bloating and burping?

I hav hypothyroidism taking 75mgthyroxine tab,fatty liver grade1, prediabetes ( 5.8),sinus tachycardia( fast heart beat),IBS, From 4 months I feel extreem sleepy after 2hours of eating.i eat breakfast 9am I feel  extreem sleepy at 11am duration 5-10min I can't control it I can't concentrate on work. Iam doing yoga /walking but problem is not solved.please tell what is problem?

I had tonsilitis and cervical lymph node swellling along with chest pain since last 10 days.. after vompleting 3 day course i got relief from cough and cold but due to azithromycin i suffered from heartburn stomach ache gas and acidity. I am taking duphalac 10 ml everyday from past 5 months for constipation. Ever since I am doing this I have two bowel movements daily. The first one has normal stool where as second one has loose stool post like type 6 as per Bristol stool chart. Do I need to reduce duphalac dose to take care of this?
